Sembrerebbe una cosa da poco passare da Dagenham a Parigi e a Roma, ma per me si è trattato di enorme passo avanti, sia dai punto di vista personale che professionale. Sono crescuita a Dagenham e non connoscevo nessuno al di fuori di questa città, e quindi, per me, è stata una forte pressa di coscienza. Finalmente potevo esprimermi liberamente. Queste interessanti culture piene di vita e completamente diverse mi hanno ispirata fin dal primo giorno. Sono diventata italiana in Italia e francese in Francia, ed ho sviluppato un mio stile caratteristico.
È da moltissimo tempo che desidero condivedere queste canzoni con tutti perché rappresentano una parte grande e meravigliosa della mia vita.
