DRAMA QUEEN

28 October 2008

A tale of success, excess and friendship.

Carl, the promoter of a top Liverpool gay club, and some fellow clubbers (including a transexual door whore, a Queen Elizabeth II looky-likey and a 17 year old glass collector) have just finished celebrating the club's 12th birthday. It's the early hours in Carl's best friend's City centre apartment, the night has started on a massive high but it soon becomes apparent that twelve hedonist years at the top are taking their toll. Could the party finally be coming to an end for 'poor little Carly'?

Using sparkling dialogue acclaimed Liverpool writer Shaun Duggan brings together theatre and clubland to produce a memorable night out for clubbers and theatre goers alike.
